Chocolate Sundae Baskets Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 8

8 Brandy Snap Baskets
8 large scoops of Dark Chocolate Ice Cream

150 ml whipping cream, whipped
1 quantity Simple Chocolate Sauce, cold
2 chocolate flake bars. crumbled

Method:

Put the Brandy Snap Baskets on individual serving plates. Add a large scoop of ice cream to each. Pile on the whipped cream and drizzle with Simple Chocolate Sauce. Sprinkle with the crumbled flake and serve.
