2 large chocolate flake bars
25 g/1 oz/2 tbsp dark brown sugar
300 ml creme fraiche
225 g/8 oz seedless black grapes, halved
225 g/8 oz seedless green grapes. halved
Method:
Crumble the flake bars and mix with the
sugar. Spoon a little into the bases of six tall glasses. Top with a
layer of creme fraiche. Mix the grapes together and add a layer of
grapes. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of chocolate and
sugar. Chill until ready to serve.
