Method:
Empty the contents of the can of
mandarins, the apple or orange juice and the lemon juice into a glass
bowl. Chop or slice the fruits as necessary, leaving on any edible
peel (such as on apples, peaches, nectarines or plums) for color and
texture and add to the bowl. Make at least 1 hour in advance so the
flavors have time to develop, except any juicy berries should be added
just before serving so that the color does not run too much. Chill
until ready to serve.
