10 ml/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 bottle of sparkling medium-sweet white wine, chilled
Halve and slice the nectarines,
discarding the stones (pits). Divide between four champagne flutes or
wine goblets. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chill. When ready to
serve, top up with the chilled wine. Eat the fruit with a spoon, then
sip the drink.
