Atholl Brose Cream Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 6

300 ml double (heavy) cream
30 ml/2 tbsp clear honey
30 ml/2 tbsp whisky

Method:

Whip the cream until softly peaking. Blend together the honey and whisky, then gradually whisk into the cream until thick. Chill until ready to serve.
