Belgian Chocolate Sauce Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4-6

175 g/6 oz bitter Belgian chocolate
300 ml water
75 g/3 oz granulated sugar

Method:

Break up the chocolate and put in a saucepan with the water. Heat until the chocolate melts, then stir in the sugar until dissolved. Simmer until the sauce is syrupy and coats the back of a spoon. Serve cold.
