Brandy Butter Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 6-8

100 g/4 oz unsalted (sweet) butter, softened
225 g/8 oz icing (confectioners') sugar, sifted
30 ml/2 tbsp brandy

Method:

Beat the butter until light. Beat in the sifted icing sugar, then the brandy. Run into a serving dish and chill until ready to serve.
