Chantilly Cream Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 6-8

300 ml double (heavy) cream
15 ml/1 tbsp icing (confectioners) sugar
5 ml/1 tsp vanilla essence (extract)

Method:

Whip the cream with the icing sugar and vanilla until peaking. Turn into a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
