Chocolate Cream Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4-6

75 g/3 oz plain (semi-sweet) chocolate (not cake covering)

15 ml/1 tbsp hot water
300 ml double (heavy) cream

Method:

Melt the chocolate in a pan over hot water. Stir in the measured hot water. Whip the cream until peaking and gently whisk in the chocolate. Chill until ready to serve.
