15 ml/1 tbsp instant coffee powder or
granules
15 ml/1 tbsp hot water
15-30 ml/1-2 tbsp icing (confectioners') sugar
300 ml double (heavy) cream
Method:
Dissolve the coffee in the water. Stir
in the icing sugar to taste. Whip the cream until peaking and gently
whisk in the coffee. Spoon into a serving dish and chill until ready
to serve.
