20 g/3 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
25 g/1 oz/2 tbsp dark brown sugar
300 ml milk 30 ml/2 tbsp dark rum
Method:
Blend the cornflour with the sugar and a little of the milk in a saucepan. Stir in the remaining milk. Bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Blend in the rum. Pour into a warmed sauce boat and serve.
