Fresh Raspberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4-6

225 g/8 oz raspberries
25 g/1 oz/3 tbsp icing (confectioners') sugar
15 ml/1 tbsp lemon juice

Method:

Puree the raspberries with the sugar and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Pass through a sieve (strainer) to remove the seeds. Use as required.
