15 g/2 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
300 ml milk
15-30 ml/1 -2 tbsp clear honey
Blend the cornflour with a little of the
milk in a saucepan. Blend in the remaining milk. Add half the honey
and bring to the boil, stirring. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring all the
time. Taste and add more honey, if liked. Serve hot.
