75 ml/5 tbsp lemon curd
30 ml/2 tbsp apple juice
Crystallized (candied) lemon slices and finely chopped angelica, to
serve
Method:
Warm the lemon curd with the apple juice
in a saucepan or in the microwave, stirring until blended. Spoon over
vanilla, coffee or chocolate ice cream and serve decorated with
crystallized lemon slices and chopped angelica.
