Orange Sauce Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4

Finely grated rind and juice of 1 orange

Juice of 1 lemon
15 ml/1 tbsp arrowroot
Caster (superfine) sugar

Method:

Make the fruit rind and juices up to 300 ml with water. Blend a little with the arrowroot in a saucepan, then stir in the remainder. Bring to the boil, stirring all the time, until thickened and clear. Sweeten to taste with caster sugar. Serve hot.
