100 g/4 oz butter 100 g/4 oz/1 cup toasted peanuts
50 g/2 oz light brown sugar
90 ml/6 tbsp thick honey Finely grated rind and juice of 1 small lemon 15 ml/1 tbsp milk
Method:
Put all the ingredients together in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring, until well blended. Serve hot over ice cream.
