300 g/11 oz/1 medium can of crushed
10 ml/2 tsp arrowroot
150 ml pure orange juice
Put the contents of the can of pineapple
in a saucepan. Blend the arrowroot with a little of the orange juice
and add to the pan with the remaining orange juice. Bring to the boil
and cook for 2 minutes, stirring until thickened and clear. Serve hot.
