Method:
Break up the chocolate and place in a
pan with the sugar and water. Heat gently, stirring, until the
chocolate has melted. Boil rapidly until the mixture thickens and
forms a pouring consistency. Gradually beat in the butter until
glossy. Serve hot or cold.
