Fresh Orange Jelly Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4

Finely grated rind and juice of 1 orange

15 ml/1 tbsp powdered gelatine

Pure orange juice

Method:

Put the orange rind and juice in a measuring jug and sprinkle the gelatine over. Leave to soften for 5 minutes. Stand the jug in a pan of hot water and stir until the gelatine has dissolved (or dissolve briefly in the microwave). Make up to 600 ml with orange juice. Turn into a 600 ml jelly (jello) mould and chill until set. Dip the mould briefly in hot water, then turn out on to a serving plate and serve cold.
