Strawberry Baskets Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 8

8 Brandy Snap Baskets
2 quantities Chantilly Cream
175 g/6 oz small strawberries, halved

2 quantities Smooth Strawberry Sauce
A little icing (confectioners) sugar, for dusting

Method:

Put the baskets on individual serving plates. Spoon in the Chantilly Cream. Top with strawberries. Spoon the sauce around the base of each basket and dust the tops with a little sifted icing sugar.
