Greek Yoghurt Dessert Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4

4 fresh ripe figs, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
30 ml/2 tbsp brandy, preferably Greek

450 ml/2 cups Greek-style Yoghurt (or use bought)
Clear honey

Method:

Place the figs in four glass dishes and spoon the brandy over. Cover with the yoghurt, then top with a layer of clear honey.
