100 g/4 oz butter, melted
150 ml double (heavy) cream
Grated rind and juice of 2 lemons
200 g/7 oz/1 small can of sweetened
Grated chocolate, to decorate
Mix the biscuit crumbs with the butter
and press into the base and sides of a 20 cm/8 in flan tin (pie pan).
Chill until firm. Whip the cream until softly peaking. Stir in the
lemon rind and juice. Fold in the condensed milk. Turn into the flan
case (pie shell) and chill for several hours or overnight. Sprinkle
with grated chocolate before serving.
