3-4 bananas, sliced
15 ml/1 tbsp lemon juice
250 ml/8 fl oz/1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Grated chocolate, to decorate
Method:
Place the baked flan case (pie shell) on
a serving plate. Spread the jam over the base. Toss the banana slices
with lemon juice to prevent browning and arrange the slices on top of
the jam. Cover with whipped cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and
chill until ready to serve.
