Method:
Peel the melon, cut into eight wedges
and discard the seeds. Place the remaining ingredients in a saucepan
and bring to the boil. Add the melon, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove the melon wedges and place on warmed serving plates. Keep warm.
Boil the liquid rapidly until syrupy, then spoon over the melon. Serve
with Brandy Snaps and creme fraiche.
