Method:
Grease a 900 ml/1.5 pt pudding basin.
Put the honey in the base, then add the raisins. Sift the flour and
salt into a bowl. Beat in the eggs and half the milk until smooth,
then stir in the remaining milk and the sugar. Pour over the raisins.
Cover with a double thickness of greased greaseproof (waxed) paper or
foil and steam for 1.5 hours.
