Toffee Apple Pudding Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4

50 g/2 oz butter
4 eating (dessert) apples, sliced
50 g/2 oz light brown sugar

2.5 ml mixed (apple pie) spice

30 ml/2 tbsp sultanas (golden raisins)

25 g/1 oz walnut pieces, chopped

Greek-style Yoghurt (or use bought), to serve

Method:

Melt the butter in a frying pan (skillet). Add the apple slices and sprinkle with the sugar. Fry (saute), tossing occasionally, for about 3 minutes until the sugar has melted and is bubbling. Stir in the raisins and nuts. Serve hot with Greek-style Yoghurt.
